Meet Jenny.
Jenny Wun is one of the only female consultants, broker owners, and managing brokers in Canada specializing in new home sales training, and she's spent the better part of her career proving that performance and humanity are not opposites.
Her work sits at the intersection of brokerage leadership, executive coaching, and culture-building backed by a track record in the most complex, high-stakes sales environments in British Columbia - and what she discovered is that the gap between a struggling team and an exceptional one is rarely about tactics. It’s about people.
MEET JENNY
“I started in new home sales in 2003, standing in presentation centres selling homes that hadn't been built yet to people making the biggest decision of their lives. The market was loud, fast, and competitive in ways that didn't always bring out the best in people - including, sometimes, me.”
“I learned early that you could close a deal almost any way you wanted. What you couldn't control was whether the person on the other side of the table felt good about it when they walked out. That distinction became everything to me.
Over twenty-three years, I've been in a lot of rooms - pre-sale launch rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, and the quiet ones after a hard quarter where a team is trying to figure out what went wrong. And the thing I've learned that I can't unlearn is this: the deal and the relationship are never really separate. How you treat people is the strategy. Not a soft add-on to it. The strategy.
I built West One Real Estate Marketing, my project marketing company, because I wanted to prove that. I built Oakwyn Realty Northwest because I wanted to lead a brokerage where ambition and humanity could sit at the same table without one apologizing to the other. And I built Parallel & Co. because the same lessons kept showing up everywhere I went - in the brokerages, on the project sites, in the one-on-one with agents who were burning out or breaking through: people don't perform because they're pushed. They perform because they're seen, supported, and equipped.
Today I split my time between running my brokerage, coaching leaders and agents, and standing on stages talking about what I actually believe - that sales is a human skill before it's a numbers skill, and that the teams who win long-term are the ones who are led, not managed.
If you're building something - a team, a career, a company - I'd love to be in your corner. Not to tell you what to do. To help you find what you already know.”
